Resale Process

Our policies have changed a little bit so please read the update to our resale policy below before bringing items in!

•WHAT WE BUY!•

We only buy young adult/women’s clothing, shoes, & accessories. Sizes XS-3X. We DO NOT buy men’s/children’s clothing, or home decor items. We are looking for trendy casual wear, no formal/business wear. We buy items for the current/upcoming season.

•RESALE TIMES•

We buy resale items any day we are open during normal business hours except THURSDAYS. No appointments are needed for resales. If anything comes up and we are for some reason NOT buying resale items it will be at the top of the website/facebook page so please feel free to call/check before coming in, especially if you are coming from out of town!

•RESALE•

We are limiting resales to 1 bag/tote per person per day. Please do not come in with more than 1 bag/tote at a time. With limiting the amount of items you can bring in, it will help us get more resales done per day which means more items will get added to the store floor sooner!

DO NOT BRING ITEMS IN ON HANGERS. Only totes, bags, or boxes please.

•RESALE PROCESS•

We ask that you stay in the store/your car while we go through your items. It typically takes 10 minutes to go through items and generate you an offer. Once we have gone through and reviewed your items, we will give you a cash offer and a store credit offer. Store credit is always 25% more than your cash offer.

-EXAMPLE-

$80 cash or $100 store credit. Store credit is in the form of a e-gift that can be spent that day or anytime in-store or online. E-gift cards NEVER expire.

•CONDITION•

Items must be freshly laundered, stain and odor free, and in excellent pre-owned condition. (No major pilling, holes, loose threads, stains, etc). We have the right to refuse any or all clothing.

•ITEMS WE ARE LOOKING FOR•

Items we are ISO change quickly! I will do my best to update on Facebook as needed. We have the right to turn down any or all items based on overstock, sizes, condition, etc.

Accessories- purses, wallets, costume jewelry, hair accessories, sling bags, swim cover ups, tote bags, perfumes/body sprays, and hats.

Tops- Dresses, rompers, tank tops, short sleeves, shackets, swimwear, graphic tees.

Bottoms- Jeans, cropped jeans, shorts.

Footwear- Sandals, wedges, booties, sneakers, flats.

Seasonal- Easter/4th of July items!
